The last day of my Merdeka holiday, I went to this restaurant in Butterworth with my family for lunch. I actually thought that the food served is not that nice in terms of taste. However, there are still many people who frequent this restaurant, so just take my opinions at your own risk!
The front view of the restaurant.
Roasted Pork.
It's served "cold" (Well, I thought they should have reheated it or something!!!) and it took years to reach our table!
"Stewed Chicken Legs" (Poor Translation, haha!)
The ordinary dish in ordinary taste. However, I don't really know how to "taste" it properly actually.
Vegetables in Oil
Nah...this is not the way this type of dish should be served! Sigh...
Keow Teow in Sauce
Average taste...
Keow Teow in Soup
Average taste again...
Fishball Soup
I don't really like fishballs...So, no comment on this.
Chicken Slices
The texture of the chicken is not smooth enough, however, the gravy is still ok.

Yummy Yummy @ Hakka Village
In Serdang, one of the quite famous restaurant would be the 客家村 a.k.a. Hakka Village. I have been to Hakka Village which located at Serdang for many times, but I never cover its food here. This time, I am going to write the very first article for the restaurant itself.
The restaurant offered a variety of dishes at an affordable price. Normally, a meal consist of tofu, chicken, vegetables and pork would cost diners of four around the range of RM 40 to RM 55. If you want a place which offers good value for money, I would definitely recommend you this restaurant!

Yummy Yummy @ Pantai Bersih, Butterworth
My family and I went to a seafood restaurant by the seaside. It's quite famous, I heard. The food is quite ok, at an affordable price. However, personally, I think that this place will suit anyone with not-so-strong taste. The dishes are neither salty nor excessive-MSG-added. Thus, it offers homely yet tasty food. To add to its credit, the serving size of the food is adequate, neither too big or too small.

The restaurant is located by the sea. So, while enjoying the meals, the customers actually have a chance to enjoy the beautiful sea view too.
Vegetables
Fried Squid
Fried Tofu
This is the "Jiu Pai ToFu". For this dish, different restaurants might serve it differently. Some would prepare it in terms of fried tofu in which the tofu is a mixture of some vegetables and tofu itself, while the others might have them lightly fried with some minced meat on top. This restaurant served the first type of tofu and the texture of the tofu is quite smooth with some carrot slices in it.
Curry Fish Head
This dish is very appetizing with its little sour and spicy taste.
Steamed Prawn with Egg
The prawns are fresh. When being steamed, its freshness is totally brought out. However, like I mentioned before, this dish also comes with light flavour. So, don't expect you will be served something very rich and strong in taste, which to me, I would use the word "salty".
